If you encounter any manufacturing defects, breakage, or receive a product that doesn't meet our high standards, we'll be here to make it right.
What is Covered:
- Material default
- Workmanship Issues
- Missing parts
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear-and-tear
- Accidental damage (drops, hits, scratches, etc.) / improper use or care
Please note that warranty claims are only approved for products purchased from our authorized dealers. The limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, disassembly, alterations, modifications, normal wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.
If you need to make a warranty claim, we'll replace your Hydracy product with an identical or similar alternative of equal or higher value. Please note that replacement flasks under warranty cannot be customized, and engraved flasks will not receive an engraved replacement.
While we strive to provide the best support, please understand that Hydracy shall not be liable for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
Find Your Amazon Order Number
- Log in to your Amazon account on the website or the mobile app.
- Navigate to "Your Orders" under the "Account & Lists" tab.
- Search for "Hydracy" to find the specific order number. On the mobile app, select "view order details" under the "order info" section. The order number typically consists of ~17 digits separated by 3 dashes "-".

- Locate your original order ID from our website or an authorized retailer.
- Contact us using the link below, attach the pictures, include your order ID, and provide a brief description of the issue.
